Septic inspection
$275
A standard operation and maintenance (O&M) inspection of the whole system.
Most septic companies make you call to find out what anything costs. We would rather you know before you dial.
These are our starting prices for typical residential systems across Skagit and Whatcom County. Where a job has variables, you get the real number up front, before work starts, not on the invoice.

Every install is designed and quoted per site, before any digging starts. Financing is available through Craft3. Details here.
A property-transfer (real estate) inspection is more thorough than a routine O&M inspection and comes with the property-transfer paperwork the sale requires. The extra time and filing is the difference between $275 and $325.
$575 covers a standard 1,000-gallon residential tank. Larger tanks, extra compartments, long hose runs, and lids that have to be dug up by hand can add to it. You get the real number up front, before the truck starts pumping.
Because it would be a made-up number. A gravity system for a small home and an engineered system barged to an island are different projects by an order of magnitude. Design pins the number down, and you get a real quote before any digging starts.
Island and remote work is quoted per job. Barging trucks and equipment across the water has real costs, and we would rather quote them honestly than pad a price list.
