Septic Inspections
O&M inspections, troubleshooting, and the property-transfer inspections a home sale requires.
Pumping is the bread and butter of what we do. Our trucks are out every working day across Skagit and Whatcom County, and our technicians treat your yard like their own: lids uncovered carefully, tanks rinsed and checked while they are open, and everything closed up properly.
A standard 1,000-gallon residential pump-out is $575, and an RV holding tank is $200. Larger tanks, extra compartments, and long hose runs are quoted up front, not discovered on the invoice.
There is no single interval that fits every house. How fast a tank fills depends on how many people live there, the tank size, and how much water the household runs. A big tank behind a two-person household behaves nothing like the same tank behind a family of six.
The point of pumping on a sensible schedule is to get solids out before they carry over into the drainfield. Solids in the drainfield are what turns routine maintenance into the most expensive repair a septic system has.
A pump-out is also the best moment to look at the parts of the system nobody sees: baffles, the outlet filter, liquid levels, and the condition of the tank itself. If something needs attention, you hear about it while the lid is already off, with a straight explanation of what it means and what it costs.
Based in Bow, WA, serving all of Skagit County including Mount Vernon, Burlington, Sedro-Woolley, Anacortes, La Conner and Concrete, plus Whatcom County and the San Juan Islands.
