Septic Design
A Washington State certified designer on staff: soil evaluation, system design, and county permitting.
We offer professional septic tank and full system installation for new construction, lot and land development, and system replacements. Our team helps you choose the right septic system for your property and handles every part of the installation.
Because our designer is in-house, the same company takes you from soil evaluation and design through permitting, excavation, and the finished system. Nothing gets lost in a handoff.
Tiger Tank Pumping is certified to install and maintain many proprietary systems, including OSCAR, NuWater, Glendon, and AdvanTex. On the sites where a conventional gravity system will not work, that certification is the difference between a lot you can build on and one you cannot.
Honestly: it depends on the site. A gravity system for a small home can run in the low five figures, while a full engineered system barged out to an island is a different project entirely. The design phase is what pins the number down, and you get a real quote before any digging starts.
Craft3, a nonprofit lender, offers Clean Water Loans that let homeowners borrow the entire cost of eligible design, permitting, and installation. Lower rates may be available for qualified lower-income borrowers, and there are no up-front loan fees or pre-payment penalties.
Based in Bow, WA, serving all of Skagit County including Mount Vernon, Burlington, Sedro-Woolley, Anacortes, La Conner and Concrete, plus Whatcom County and the San Juan Islands.
Not sure whether you are in range? Call and ask. If we cannot get to you, we will point you to someone who can.
